Plant new seeds for inner growth!

Hello my loves!! Today is truly a magical day. We are entering into the Aries season, the start of the astrological calendar. It is also the first day of Spring! We are being supported in more ways than one to plant new seeds in our lives, so let’s take advantage!

Recently I have been calling in a visual of a garden to help me to thoughtfully consider what I want to call into my life and how I can best nourish these intentions. I believe that external growth always starts within. I would like to offer this visual to you today.

  • 🌻 First, set aside time to make new intentions for the next year or 5 or 10! These are your seeds for your garden. Perhaps you have a visual of yourself 5 years down the road, feeling a certain way about your career or relationships that is different than you feel today. As you plant this seed in your imaginary garden, I would like you to consider what is the thought or feeling you are planting that will grow into this new version of yourself? For example, if you are calling in a new relationship, pay attention to how you would feel about yourself and your life when you have that relationship. That feeling is what you are planting in your beautiful garden. Perhaps you even take this new feeling and you turn it into a visual of a type of flower, like a daisy!

  • 🪴Second, create space and productive habits for growth. This is SO important. You can’t have all your flowers or plants growing in random places. Oftentimes flowers grow best in containers or specific flower beds. Therefore, you need structures for your dreams to blossom!! For example, if you have an intention to feel more aligned with your physical body, then create space in your life to do things that make your body feel good! You might make a new promise to yourself to take walks after work (now that the weather is getting nicer), or add in a yoga class to your weekly schedule. Make space in your life for your new seeds to grow!

  • 👩‍🌾Third, take ownership as the gardener. Remember, this garden is yours and you are responsible for its growth and nourishment. It is on you to continue to check in your seeds, pull out weeds aka situations or people that are not serving your growth. If you do not know how to tend to a certain flower or you are struggling, ask for help! Seek knowledge, read books. Be the chief gardener of your life! Warning: as a loving gardener, you might be tempted to help out your neighbors and friends. People might be asking for your tricks, they might want to plant your flowers in their own garden! Be discerning with how you share and give your time to other gardeners. When your garden is overflowing with abundance, then you know it is a time where you create beautiful bouquets and give them to your loved ones.

I can’t wait to see your unique gardens overflowing. I hope this visual inspires you to consider what it is you are planting and how you can be your own gardener. You deserve to plant new seeds for your highest good!

Love,

Caroline
